48 Hours In The RV Capitol Of The World

We recently spent 48 hours in Elkhart, Indiana which is known as the RV Capital of the world. What we didn't realize when we put Elkhart on our RV travel list was that the Elkhart county fair would be happening during our visit. This is one of the largest county fairs that happens every year. We also tried some classic fair food for the first time - have you heard of elephant ears?
