Mr.G.Kumaran State Programme Manager for Tamilnadu Corporation for Development of Women, Department of Rural Development.
He is from a rural background in Tamilnadu. He is the first graduate from his hometown. He did his postgraduation and achieved so many feathers in his cap during his career.
He is from Tamil Medium since childhood. He studied English as a subject. He excelled academically. However, he never got the confidence to speak English fluently. That hesitation remained in his mind.
He reached his current position as “The State Programme Manager for TN Corporation of Development of Women, Department of Rural Development”. In this position, he is needed to coordinate with various officials in New Delhi. He has to attend national-level symposiums; workshops and he has to organize many national-level meets.
He is not good at Hindi. He can not communicate well in Hindi. The only option ahead of him is to Speak English. Precisely at this point, he faced the challenge.
