Arbitrary and capricious: Rogue administration rescinds unlawful power grab. After announcing in a directive that it would freeze funding that would disrupt education, housing, and disaster aid, among other vital services, this rogue administration rescinded its unlawful power grab but still maintains it is intent on curtailing anything it deems as woke and Marxist.

Lawsuits were filed earlier in the week and a federal judge granted a stay. U.S. District Judge Loren L. AliKhan blocked the funding freeze only minutes before it was scheduled to take effect.

The controversial document was OMB Memorandum M-25-13. It was vaguely worded and it left lawmakers, public officials and average Americans struggling to figure out what programs would be affected by the pause. Even temporary interruptions in funding could cause layoffs or delays in public services.
