kashmeeri chilly powder-1sp

Kadala curry is a famous side dish which is suitable for puttu, appam, chappathi etc. It is very delicious and easy to make.It is very suitable food for sugar patients

Kadala to be socked in water for 8hrs. Then take a cooker and drop the kadala to it. Add onion, green chilly, turmeric powder and salt to it. cook it until the cooker blows 6 whistle. Then a pan to be place on the stove after getting it hot add oil to it. Then add mustard to it. add onion, garlic, ginger,curryleaves and dry chilly to it and fry it. Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, kashmeeri chilly powder,garam masala, sliced coconut to it fry it and add the kadala to it. stir it well and transfer it to the cooker. After 3whistle you can serve the delicious kadala curry
