Missing children and kidnapped adults led to a freakish tale about a stalker in the night known as Cropsey. Lurking in the darkest corners of Staten Island, Andre Rand was responsible for an urban legend due to his cold, calculated and horrific acts of cruelty against others. Some victims of his were found, others speculated, but the legend of Cropsey is real none the less.
