The last ride. Everything has a beginning and an end – is this it for my jet skiing days? I don't think so, but time will tell. ▽


Twelve years of jet skiing – what a journey. The time spent on the water with my best friends, the adventures, and the new friendships from this hobby are priceless. Thanks to the jet skiing videos on this channel, I received feedback inspiring others to try jet skiing. Some people from different countries even visited and joined us for a ride after seeing the beautiful Norwegian fjords in our videos. I'm thankful to each and every one of you for all the support.


Positive comments and the worldwide jet skiing community's response motivated me to keep making and posting videos. By the way, video shooting and editing are my secondary hobbies. I've done it for non-hobby professional videos too, explaining why the edits look the way they do.


None of this would have happened without the best team of like-minded friends who enjoy the same hobby. Only a few are left today. Many people came and went from this hobby, but we kept our friendships with most of them.


The simple reason I'm stepping away from jet skiing is that I need a "creative reset," and I have other things keeping me busy. We rode way less this past season for various reasons.


If this YouTube channel had grown enough for significant financial benefits, it would have motivated me to continue. But the jet skiing YouTube niche is small, making it hard to grow without doing different types of content. So, these edits will be the best digital memories of our rides and, hopefully, motivate others to try jet skiing.


This was the last Autumn ride with my RXP-X 300 (2017) – I sold it to someone from Poland. As of today, my plan is to buy another jet ski in autumn 2025, but plans might change due to various circumstances. Only time will tell if and when I'll get back on the water.
