To improve the system of pay and pension in Pakistan, the “Pay and Pension Commission” has prepared its report and submitted it to the Federal Government. Today, we are going to discuss the recommendations of the Pay and Pension Commission. To decrease the burden of the Pension Bill, the Pay and Pension Commission has suggested abolishing the current pension system and introducing a new pension system. The name of the new pension system will be Contributory Pension Fund or C.P.Fund.
