'Laura is a born and bred local lass, who has recently found her way back to her Cumbrian roots and to her love of music

She’s usually out singing and playing in the community, delivering sing-along cover versions of well aged and loved songs, but every now and again, she gets her old song book out for a special performance of her original songs

These songs were written in a 'past life' between the ages of 16 and 30, and still make people listen, laugh, smile, and reflect'

Laura played original sets at Cockermouth Live in 2024 and 2025, and will next perform her original musings on The Glade Stage at Cumberlandia in July 2026
