French toast is one of the most popular and healthy meals for breakfast, evening snacks or even school tiffin. Traditionally making French toast can take 20-30 minutes but making this recipe in a microwave only takes 5-7 minutes. And here is the easiest microwave French toast recipe that anyone can make.

In this recipe, I’ll show you how to make French toast in the microwave within 7 minutes. I have used egg, milk, brown sugar and bread slices as key ingredients for this recipe. You can use these or add or avoid any ingredients depending on your taste.

However, if your microwave power is less than 900W or depending on the thickness of bread slices and other ingredients, you may need to add an extra 30 sec to 1 minute time for cooking. That means you may need 2 minutes 30 second to 3 minutes cooking time.

Ingredients
1. Egg: 1
2. Milk: 2 tbsp
3. Brown sugar: 1 tbsp
4. Butter: 1 tsp (melted)
5. Vanilla essence: ¼ tsp
6. Cinnamon powder: 1 pinch
7. Salt: 1 pinch
8. Bread: 2 slices

Directions
1. In a bowl, add egg, milk, brown sugar, butter, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix well.
2. Place bread slices in a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Now add the liquid mixture to the bread slices and wait 1 minute.
4. Microwave the French toast for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Note: My microwave power is 900W. Make sure you know the power of your microwave oven. Depending on your microwave oven power, you may need to adjust the cooking time. Also if you want to increase or decrease the amount of ingredients, you must adjust microwave power level or cooking time.
