Woodrow Wilson’s essay the study of administration (part 1)

The essay was published in the year 1887 in a journal called political science quarterly and Wilson got enshrined as the father of public administration just for promoting the idea that it’s time to study the administration.Wilson gives reason for studying administration ( to know what government should do and how to do in an efficient way) .... he then talks about preparation needed to study administration - 3 things needs to be done before entering into the study of administration - 1.
