Build your Pod/Team Structure for MSP Growth

In a previous video I covered the evolution of your Service Team in your Managed Service Provider. This week we're zooming in on Pods as they can be essential as you grow your MSP.

As your MSP grows you may hear things like "you've gotten too big for us" or that "we don't know who we are talking to when we call anymore." Both are signs of trouble for your Service Team. Usually this happens when your MSP grows rapidly and you've hired a number of new techs to absorb the new client load. The rapid growth of both clients and techs often leads to technical debt that is difficult to pay back quickly by standardizing things on the fly.

This is where Pods come in for your Managed Service Provider. They frequently are the answer to this stage of your MSP's growth.
