Making a giant tulle petticoat

Let’s craft a huge petticoat! This skirt / petticoat is made with huge amounts of tulle to achieve a sort of Cinderella ball gown effect. It twirls like a Disney Princess dress but it will be the base for my halloween costume. A big dress with a big skirt but dark and mysterious!
