A beacon from an escape pod was found near the wreckage of a Faulcon Delacy Anaconda somewhere between Jackson's Lighthouse and COL 285 Sector DA-E B13-3.

The flight recorder shows that the ship was hyperdicted by a Thargoid Interceptor (Cyclops) while traveling 37 LYs to COL 285 Sector DA-E B13-3 from Jackson's Lighthouse and was destroyed in the encounter. The ship used Jackson's Lighthouse to boost the Frame Shift Drive(FSD). This method of travel is known to damage the FSD. A decision that may have contributed to the pilot seeing the rebuy screen.

This report concludes that the pilot is a noob and should probably go back to mining in a Hauler.
