1. Backup all your WordPress Files and Database in Your PC
2. Deactivate All Your Plugins
3. Download and Extract the Latest Version of WordPress package

7. Upload the New WordPress Files and Folders (DO IT THE WAY I DO) from Your Computer’s Hard Drive to the Live Server
8. Update Permalink and .htaccess file
9. Reactivate all Your Plugins , Updated Plugins and Themes.
10. May Be Need Additional Steps: Update database, Edit.htaccess file etc.
