Water – 240 ml, 1 cup, 8.12 oz
Milk- 50ml, 0.20 cups, 1.7 oz
Sugar- 20g, 1.5 tbsp, 0.7 oz
Yeast – 1.5 tsp, 5g
Bread Flour – 400g, 3.25 cups, 14.2 oz
Salt – ½ tsp, 3g
Oil- 30 ml, 2 tbsp, 1.1 oz

methods:
1: Prepare the Yeast Mixture In a bowl, mix water, milk, sugar, and instant dry yeast.
2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, sift bread flour .Add salt and mix thoroughly.
3: Combine Wet and Dry
Pour the yeast mixture into the flour.Mix slowly with a spatula or hand—no kneading needed.The dough may look sticky or loose—this is normal.
Add vegetable oil, mix .
4: Rest the Dough
Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.his allows the flour to hydrate fully.
5: Stretch and Fold (Instead of Kneading)
Perform stretch and fold to build gluten.Cover again and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
6: Divide and Shape
Transfer dough to a floured surface.Divide into equal pieces.Shape each into a smooth ball.
7: Freeze the Dough
Place shaped dough balls on a tray (not touching).Freeze until firm, then transfer to ziplock or airtight container.Store in freezer .
8: Defrost the Dough
Remove dough from freezer.Defrost at room temperature (covered) or in the fridge overnight.
Tip: Avoid high heat—can dry out the dough.
9: Final Shaping & Proof
Once soft, reshape if needed.Let it proof for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
10: Preheat & Egg Wash
Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).Brush rolls with egg wash (egg yolk + milk) or just milk.
11: Bake
Bake for 20–22 minutes or until golden brown.
