Hey guys, if you are getting this error that says
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox
If this happened after, you have installed a new plugin or theme, this could be a compatiblity issue
I'm gonna show you how to disable your newly installed theme or plugin
First thing, you will need the Cpanel access to your website, or something similar that has a file manager
here, i'm using DIrect admin. if you are using cpanel, or something else to manage your website, don't worry. The concept is the same
First , we have took look for File manager, this should be the same for cpanel, or similar for other softwares

00:45 Next , click on file manager
we should be looking for the website's directory location, it is usually located inside public_html
once you are at public_html, look for the website folder, if you have multiple websites, look for the domain name or something similar
Once you have located the website folder that is having the issue, look for Public_html again
once you are at the root folder for the particular website, you should see similar files. wp-config or, wp-login these are the core wordpress files
next, we will click on wp-content folder
Inside wp-content, you should be able to see plugins and themes folders. If you have installed a new plugin and it crashed, you should head into plugins folder. If you have installed a new theme and it crashed, you should go into themes folder
For this example, i've installed a theme and it crashed. So, i'm heading into the themes folder
Next look for the theme or plugin name, that you have just installed. You can either delete the entire folder. or rename the folder
Right click ,and append the 1 to the end of the folder name
And once we have renamed or delete the plugin, or theme folder that is causing the issue, head back over to the website and click refresh
Make sure you are refreshing the wp admin of the website too, we have now successfully restored the website
we can remove or troubleshoot the themes or plugin, which is causing the compatiblity issue
