We begin this episode by choosing a graphic for our holiday sweatshirt and deciding to add an extra sleeve design to boost our profits. Then, we go over our materials, including our blank garment, Ricoma 16” x 20” Auto Open Flat Heat Press, our Ricoma Vision DTG printer, our dual sleeve platen and more.

Next, we press our garment to get all the moisture out before pretreating. We then decide to use our brand new SonicJet pretreatment machine to save us time on our pretreatment process instead of doing it manually. Then we set up our design using our VividRip software so it’s ready to print.

Then we lay out our sweatshirt on its platen to begin printing our design on the front, before moving on to our dual sleeve platen for the sleeve design. Finally, we cure our design by pressing it under our heat press.
