This is one of those encounters that looks chaotic but is actually very forgiving if your build has strong mobility or self-healing. The core mechanic is simple: keep grabbing the canisters and smashing them into Bio-Bulkhead’s face so he never gets a chance to become immune. As long as you stay on top of that, the fight never really spirals.

I’m currently lacking a solid corrosive weapon, so I had to overcompensate with Rainbow Vomit and brute-force the armor instead of melting it cleanly. Even so, constant pressure plus mobility did the job. Crowd control grenades made the adds completely irrelevant, which kept the focus on the boss the entire time.

This isn’t a flex fight—it’s a build check. Stay mobile, keep him from going immune, and just keep pounding. If your setup can dodge, heal, and apply sustained pressure, Bio Bulkhead goes down fast, even on max difficulty.
