Joe Biden crumbles under questioning about US withdrawal from Afghanistan

US President Joe Biden has vowed to “hunt down” the terror cell responsible for killing 13 American service members and dozens of Afghan civilians outside Kabul airport.

When asked by a Fox News reporter on Thursday night if he felt responsible for the harrowing events that took place, Mr Biden said: "I bear responsibility for, fundamentally, all that's happened of late."
