How do we become fat? | Straight talk about insulin.

🟣The fat we carry. How did it get there. I believe in order to manage something like weight, we must understand what we're dealing with. This video dives into the mechanisms of insulin and what it does. Insulin has multiple roles, but we're keeping it simple and focusing on it's role with fat. Also, I stated in the beginning that we can't 'see' insulin. We can. I meant with the naked eye lol. We often times disregard the power of the intangible things.
