Instructions for Altering Nighttime Brightness in WRSR:
1) In Steam, right-click the game in the list, and navigate to "Manage", then "Browse Local Files"
2) Open media_soviet, then open the "weathers" folder. Find night.ini
3) in Line 9, you'll see settings for SUNAMBIENT. These numbers are the ambient light settings for the four levels of brightness in the game. The higher this number (1.0 is daytime), the more light that's there. My settings are as follows.
0.501667 0.598889 0.705000 1.000000
4) When you have the settings as you want, save the changes, and relaunch the game. Enjoy!
