Sara Marquart is the CTO of Planet A Foods, a food tech company providing sustainable ingredients to the confectionery industry. She talks about her passion for food, studying food chemistry, and leveraging the skills to becoming a curator at the Deutsches Museum, to being a startup employee, and lastly, to founding her own company.
