On August 17, 2024, an officer from the Chatham County PD stopped Malik Jones, citing him for reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.

Officer Richard Silva claimed Jones was driving recklessly through a neighborhood while they were searching for suspects who had fled a crashed car. The problem is, officer Richard Silva, lied. Malik threatened to take him to court and did. Watch Richard Silva continue to propagate his lie in front of the judge as Malik tears him a new one!
