Configure rework production order type in SAP PP

In this video, I explain the configuration steps of setting up rework production order process in SAP.

Why we need rework process?
Once we complete production in production floor, we may found less quality output that the expected one. If we can recover by doing some value addition, we use rework production orders to capture this additional effort (raw material or activities)

Configuration steps.
* configure settlement profile
*configure new production order type

Process steps
* Create rework production order - CO07
* Release rework order - CO02
* Confirm rework order - CO11N
