I started and ended 2025 in exactly the same way with ulcerative colitis flare-ups/having the same procedures in hospital.

(Big thanks to Imperial College Healthcare for being amazing throguhout. Mental Health services on the other hand need a complete, immediate overhaul. I’m sorry. That's another story. Social anxiety has simply ruined me. It's been a combination of years of both me and then the system acting too late).

The truth is that for over a decade i've been "preaching" to everyone to take care of their health but the painful reality is that i never properly took care of mine.

I finally realise that it's health which is the most important thing in the world, as are people.

But I pushed everyone away out of shame, became a recluse, and tried to do it all alone.

Please, please, please don’t make the same mistakes I did.

I’m starting 2026 with more hospital tests/new treatments. Currently, I have other health issues including hematuria. I've had to push so hard for help with this. If you are having constant health problems eg with your bladder and they try to dismiss it, please keep on pushing! Don't give up!!

Anyway, i have to actually look after me now. This includes deleting all my other socials.I believe social media is a danger to (mental) health with its never-ending toxicity. I should know! Seriously, how many more lives have to be destroyed before something is done?! I beg you to wake up. For the sake of the next generation if nothing else.

I know I'll sound paranoid but I really do think there’s sections of social media intent on destroying humanity. Even in saying this I feel they will take me down. They've already tried to!

Finally, I'm done with it all now.

Please just do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself.
