BLUE MEAT Lingcod! catch + COOK ON THE ROCKS

This amazing blue meat lingcod I caught off the rocks of Northern California in Humboldt County. It was so delicious cooked up fish taco style but without the tortilla. The skin was nice and crispy and fatty, and the AVOCADO was amazing as well. Battered and cooked in butter was the technique of the cooking in this video. This lingcod was caught with a whole squid retrieved from the depths. Doesn’t get any better than a catch and cook on the rocks. This lingcod was a true fighter, and I’m happy to say that u got the fight in video on the GoPro. I also caught some black rockfish on ultralight gear and swimbaits from the rocks. Overall, I had a great time making this video. Using a fuel tank and burner, I was able to fry fish outside. Be careful while trying to attempt this by yourself; there’s cliffs and DANGEROUS scenarios that can catch you by surprise.
