Idiot Proof Honey Garlic Spare Ribs

Well it's 4 o'clock on a Wednesday so that means we've got another Idiot Proof Cooking video to do! Today I've made some honey garlic spare ribs in the oven. This is a great, simple recipe that my mom originally taught me when I was moving out on my own (she seemed to think I should cook things more exotic than craft dinner, or cereal and milk! hahaha) These tasty little morsels are so easy to cook, and are sweet, tangy and sticky- what else could you ask for in your ribs! Now I ended up using pork side ribs cut in half but this recipe works with full size ribs as well. Give these a try= I'm sure you'll enjoy.

Ingredients:
-ribs, cut individually
-1 cup chicken stock
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/4 cup ketchup
-3/4 cup honey
-6 cloves of garlic crushed
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-garlic powder
-ginger powder
-kosher salt
-black pepper
