Yokozuna and the Franky Family defend the doors in the courtyard. Mozu and her comrades are also being attacked. Upstairs of the courtroom, Zoro heads up to the top of the building. Nami and Chopper meet some jurymen but the ground suddenly collapses. Yokozuna is knocked aside outside the courtroom doors as the jurymen finally get the better of him after several blows. With the giant frog down, the Franky Family members start fighting. When all seems lost, back arrives in the form of the Galley-La members, Sogeking along with the giants Kashi and Oimo.
Back on the tower, Robin explains to Luffy that she doesn't wish to go with them. Spandam, thinking he will see a shocked face from Luffy, is surprised to see him picking his nose not caring to much for what any of them has to say. Right after, every Straw Hat makes their way to the top of the tower where Luffy is. Zoro, Nami, Sanji and Chopper make their way up the building while Sogeking shoots himself up from far down below.
Each of them stands ready to get their comrade back. Luffy asks Robin once more if she really wants to leave, he demands that she say it to their faces.
