In this video I review the Inspire Fitness SCS Adjustable Weight Bench. I also show and demonstrate the extra attachments which include the leg attachment and preacher curl. The leg attachment allows you to do leg curls and extensions.

In my opinion this is one of the best adjustable weight benches you can get, especially if you get the leg attachment with it. If you have the money i'd highly reccomend getting the Inspire Fitness FT2 for you home or garage gym so you can have the ultimate home gym machine. I have many videos demonstrating it.
