I got these from a friend and I love them! The colors are very versatile and bright and I love the thick brush-like tip for larger areas and the smaller pen-type tip for smaller areas and details.

Any pencils will work. I prefer mechanical and use specifically the ones above. They are relatively inexpensive but last a while and the set comes with a lot of pencils.

I definitely recommend getting a thin-tip sharpie in addition to the normal size for smaller details and going over pencil lines.

It is very inexpensive and of pretty good quality. I got this from a friend as well and it lasts a long time and the sheets are similar to cardstock. It is great for doodles and sketching especially when using sharpies and markers that can sometimes bleed through normal paper. I have found that the sturdy cardstock paper in the sketchbook is also perfect for cards.

These are some of my favorite markers of all time. I got mine at target but there are other stores where you can find them as well. I used these a lot in my earlier videos.

I do not usually shop on Amazon, so I am not sure if they have these supplies, but a local craft store should have you covered!

1. How did you learn to doodle?
A: I am a self-taught artist. I have always loved art and have been drawing for years, but have only recently started trying to draw more often and expanding what I draw. I started this channel to practice drawing, get better at it, and help other people get better at doodling.

2. How can I start doodling?
A: Just start! The more you practice, the better you will get. Watch my learn to doodle playlist for some tips, or just doodle along with me and we can practice together :)

3. What do I need to start doodling?
A: You do not need anything specific to start doodling, just any type of paper and a pencil. You can, of course, use pens, colored pencils, markers, and more if you would like, but it is not necessary to start out. If you are looking for supplies recommendations, see above where I list the materials I use in my videos.
