David Nevue - "Eclipse" - Performed Live with Ben Ferwerda (Electric Guitar)

Solo Piano Artist and Composer David Nevue performs one of his compositions (co-written by Joe Bongiorno), "Eclipse," at the beautiful Wildish Community Theater in Springfield, Oregon... one of his favorite live venues.

Performing with David on this piece is Ben Ferwerda, a fantastic guitarist from his church worship band, who plays (and improvises on) a secondary lead melody (and effects) over what David is playing. This is basically a piano/electric guitar take on the 4-hand piano version of this song performed by David Nevue & Joe Bongiorno. This particular live performance was recorded on November 17th, 2017 at David's one-night-only "A Billion Spins at the Piano" Concert, an event for his local Oregon fans. The evening was a billed as a "celebration of David's surpassing a BILLION spins on Pandora Radio" - a notable accomplishment - but more than anything, the "celebration" gave David a perfect excuse to put together and perform a set of music that spanned his 30 year career... from his first composition (as he remembers it) to his most recent. Over the course of the evening, David performed 21 songs in total, including a number of important songs from early in his career that he had not performed in many years.
