“How can i do better in 2026.” Philippians 3:12-26
Romans 7:18-25, 8:1-8

Philippians 2:14 “Do all things without complaining and disputing.”

1. Complain less.
2. Encourage more.

Philippians 2:15 “That you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation among whom you shine as lights of the world.”

When we complain less and encourage more, we shine as a light in a dark world.

3. Seek to de-escalate situations that are tense.
4. Strive to be a peacemaker.
5. Make wise use of emotional energy.

Matthew 7:6 “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; do not cast your pearls before swine lest they trample them under your feet and turn and tear you into pieces.”

6. Refuse to participate in meaningless arguments.

II Timothy 2:22-23 22) “…pursue righteousness, faith,love, peace, with those who call on the Lord with a pure heart.” 23) “But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes-knowing they gender strife.”

7. Choose your battles wisely.

II Timothy 2:16 “But shun profane and idle babblings for they will increase to more ungodliness.”

8. Avoid wasteful confrontations.

Unwise use of words leads to foolish actions.
Words are linked to actions.

I Corinthians 15:33 “Do not be deceived, evil company corrupts good habits.”
