In this video, I tried to make the yukjeon bibim-guksu from Jinny's kitchen season 2. The sauce took a few adjustments to get it right and I didn't see them season the beef slices or the egg. Because they were a bit tasteless, I sprinkled some salt on them, while eating. I also couldn't get the thin noodles again and the closest I could find was dried Korean jjajangmyeon noodles. Moreover, I think that using Asian chives is better than the chives that we have in Europe.

In case there might be some confusion about what "I added some more later" means, you can just follow the amount in the subtitles. At that moment, I added less than what is written in the subtitles, but I added more, shown later in the video.
