You can look up the general statistics and scores for all food sources on the protein availability. You can look up pea protein, PDCAAS, and it will show up. It's about a .65, which is a lower score. Eggs are like a .95 or a 1. One is a perfect score. Whey is a perfect score. Soy is a .95. Ours is a perfect score at 1. But I would point out that soy is estrogenic. I couldn't not say that on this program. That's a concern of ours. I'm not saying that it's harmful. People just need to understand that it will influence your estrogen effects on the body. The trouble with getting it from plant sources is it's not standardized and you don't know to what extent that effect is going to be. That's my issue with it. Not that it's harmful, but that it's an unknown.
