A Team Building Fitness Challenge led by U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret Soldiers, this is a truly unique and fun opportunity for endurance and adventure athletes!

Our 3rd Annual Green Beret With A Mission Challenge took place on Saturday, June 24th, 2023. This charity event is designed to give participants a taste of the physical and mental challenges Army Special Forces soldiers face in accomplishing some of their real-world missions.

Participants were part of a team of 6-12 members that negotiated a course with multiple stations where they were required to complete Special Forces mission tasks that challenged them physically and mentally. At every station, each participant chose between 2 levels to complete the challenge: Operator or Recruit. Both face the same challenge, but operator level is much more physically challenging. Thus, this event can be completed at the Recruit level by individuals of all ages (minimum of 12 years old) and physical abilities while also providing a test of endurance for crossfit and adventure athletes at the Operator level.

This event is a cooperative effort between Swim With A Mission, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting Veterans services, The Patriot Resilient Leader Institute, also a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which runs outdoor therapeutic retreats for military personnel, veterans and First Responders and The Green Beret Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that honors a commitment to Green Berets past and present by providing Special Forces Soldiers and their families with emergency, immediate, and ongoing support.
