While we are social distancing I decided to do a booktag that is half choose your own adventure and half mad libs with a Horror redesign! I rewrote all the questions to have a spooky narrative. A bookish game you can do with 100 books or just 1 =) 🥰EVERYONE IS TAGGED! Be sure to share your story below!

📚Flip the Page Book Tag Horror Edition (Original tag created by Jessethereader: • FLIP THE PAGE BOOK CHALLENGE! )
🎲How to Play:
1. Number your bookshelves or stacks of books from 1 to * (if using 1 book, skip)
2. Each book will be the number it is in the order from 1 to * (if using 1 book, skip)
3. You will need a random number generator for the page numbers, and for shelves or stacks if you have a large library.
4. Dice will work with smaller libraries to pick a shelf and book#. The random generator will work for the page number and larger libraries. The app I use is free and is called RANDOM UX
5. Special rule: You can change your page number up to 3 times if you don’t like what you’re getting.
6. Grab a notebook and pen and begin!
📝The Questions:
1. You awake in a dark bedroom! Who are you? The first name you see is your name!
2. Do you remember where you are? First location you read is where you are
3. Do you rem what do you do? Create a career using the first object you find.
4. You see a photo of a person in a gold frame by your bed, it’s your love! The first name you come across is their name,
5. You rem the last thing they said to you, the first piece of dialogue you come across will be what they said.
6. You have a dark secret to tell them you never told them. create a secret from the 7th verb and the 5th noun
7. You leave the room and go down a hallway, you see a mirror: The first 3 adjectives describe you
8. You see a door at the end of the hallway, the first room you find is the room behind this door
9. A sound is coming from the room, you go inside. The first character you find is sitting in the room
10. You walk up to the character and you say: First line of dialogue with a question mark.
11. The character says nothing and points to an object , the first object on the page.
12. You examine the object when suddenly it - The first verb you read.
13. Everything goes black and then you wake up : The first room you read.
14. You are in the center of lit candles that form a circle, in the circle with you is: The first object or person.
15. You sit up and see words written on your arms: The first dialogue with an exclamation point.
16. A woman appears out of the shadows, her long red hair is flowing behind her, she is only wearing: first article of clothing and she screams at you.
17. You try to run away, but you knock over the candles and fall down the stairs : your body hits a hidden panel in the stairs: the first body part you come across falls out the door and onto you.
18. The woman creeps over to you and stands over you, pouring wax on your eyes, speaking in a strange language: You wake up inside a coffin, the first line you see will go on your tombstone.

What is Harpies in the Trees?
Hi, I'm Mers and I used to be an avid reader, but life got in the way so I stopped reading for a very long time but decided to change that last year and I want to share what I'm reading and discovering on my journey back into the wonderful world of books.
Horror fiction is my favorite genre, especially the classic ghost story, to read but I will have other types of books in there from time to time. I will be doing book reviews, book hauls, book crate unboxings, creative projects inspired by books, checking out street libraries, exploring cemeteries here in Berlin and more!
Since I have started reading again I am finding new authors that I love, I have become inspired creatively to make things from the stories I am reading and meeting other book lovers too.
