Fenugreek and black seeds ( also known as onion seeds or kalonji seeds) are the best hair growth boosting seeds. Use them in your hair care routine for healthy hair growth. Wash your hair only with natural ingredients or with shampoo free of SLS, parabens and artificial perfumes that can damage your hair and cause hair fall.

Kindly blend the powder and strain it to make it into a fine powder or else the mask can be very sticky and the seeds can stick to the hair. If you have a finely ground powder then the mask will be smooth and easy to apply. You can add yogurt or also hair oil to make it less sticky.
