Maui | The Valley Isle

This was my dad's first time visiting Maui, which made it extra special because we celebrated his birthday there! Many memories went uncaptured, but his birthday was by far one of my favorite to cherish forever. My mother and I had visited Maui once before, but this time we saw and did things we never knew existed. Mahalo Maui, until next time!

What didn't make the cut: The FOOD! We had some of the best local foods like LauLau, Huli Huli chicken, Loco Moco, and Malasadas.
Historic Lahaina will always have a special place in our hearts. Sale Pepe's Italian restaurant (the absolute BEST) & Paia Fishmarket on Front Street (phenomenal).

We drove Hana 3 times, visited Haleakala 2 times, and drove the crazy but much-improved back roads of Hahikinui.
Even though it was challenging, I loved driving Ka'anapali because the locals had the absolute best lemonade and banana bread stands! We hiked Wailuku-Waihe'e (core memory), jumped off 2 cliffs multiple times (super core memory), and hiked Makawao Forest.
