2 kg mutton/beef meat
2 Roughly chopped Onion
1/2 Bowl coriander seeds
2 tsp Salt
1/2 handful chopped garlic
1/2 handful chopped ginger
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black paper seeds
2 to 4 black cardamom
2 to 4 cinnamon sticks
2 to 4 bay leaves
Water

2 big size fine chopped Onion


For pulao:-
Water
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp black paper seeds
2 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
8 to 10 green chilli
Salt as per required


3 Bowl Rice (1kg)
Kewra water
Fried Onion
