How to check whether a number is a Palindrome or not in python.

A Simple python program to check whether a given number is a palindrome number or not.

A number is said to be a palindrome number if its reverse is the same as the original number.

Here I find the reverse of a number using string slice operations and compare it with the original number to check with it.

For Example, 191 is a palindrome as its reverse is also 191 whereas, 231 is not a palindrome as its reverse is 132
