Ayodhya Ram Mandir Trust Suggests Date To Lay Foundation Stone; Invites PM Modi For Ceremony

The Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirth Kshetra Trust has submitted suggestions to lay the foundation stone of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya in August. The trust has also send an invitation to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. The trust has proposed two dates for this ceremony -- August 3 and 5 -- depending on the PM's availability. This decision was taken at a meeting called by the Trust today in Ayodhya.
The Trust has also made some changes to the temple's design. Instead of three domes, the temple will now have five domes. Besides this, the Trust has also revised the height of the temple and it will be higher than the one proposed in the maps.
