Hello beautiful people!! happy Wednesday! Episode #2 of Vegan Rican is finally here!! I hope y'all enjoy this how-to for tostones and mayoketchup recipe, this combo is like legit one of the BEST things about being half Puerto Rican! Make both of these methods of tostones and tell me whatcha think!

Ingredients

Tostones
2 green plantains
frying oil
3-4 garlic cloves
salt

Mayoketchup
1/2 C of vegan mayo
1/4 C of ketchup
1 glove of garlic(minced)
1-2 tsp of fresh lemon juice
S+P (to taste)
