Ingredients:-
1 Tbsp.- Mustard Oil
1 Tbsp.- Red chilli powder
1 Tbsp.- Ginger-Garlic paste
1 Tsp.- zeera powder
1 Tsp.- Coriander powder
1 Tsp.- Garam masala
1 Tsp.- Salt(Salt to taste)
1/2 Cup- Hung Curd
1 Tbsp.- Roasted Besan
1 Tbsp.- Fresh Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp.- Lemon Juice
1 Medium Size Capsicum
1 Medium Size Diced Onion
1 Medium Size Diced Tomato
250 Grm. Paneer
1 Tbsp. Ghee/Oil
Method:-
• Take 1 Tbsp. Mustard oil and add 1 Tbsp. Red chilli powder to it and mix well.
•Add 1 Tbsp. Ginger Garlic paste, 1 Tsp. Roasted Zeera powder, 1 Tsp. Coriander powder, 1 Tsp. Garam Masala and 1 Tsp. Salt or add salt to taste, Mix them well.
•Add 1/2 cup Hung Curd, 1 Tbsp. Roasted Besan, Fresh Coriander leaves, and 1 Tsp. Lemon juice, Mix them well.
•Add 1 Medium Size Diced Capsicum, 1 Medium Size Diced Onion, 1 Medium Size Diced Tomato, 250 Grm's of Diced Paneer, Mix them slowly and carefully don't break paneer.
•Now roast the ingredients:-
-Heat a pan, Add 2 Tbsp. Oil after oil heated, Put all the mixture in the pan and fry for 15-20 min. After it becomes thicker and roasted turn off the gas.
-Now burn a charcoal and take a it into a bowl, put the live charcoal in the mixture with the bowl and take 1 tbsp. Of ghee and put it over the charcoal and cover it with a plate for 2 minutes.
-Now it's done uncover it and bring out the charcoal
•Now prepare sandwich:-
-Take two slices of bread spread green chutney over it (which i have posted earlier check my reels).
-Now place roasted paneer on it put bread slices on each other.
-Heat a pan put 2 tbsp. Of oil and heat and then put sandwich in it.
-Roast both sides till golden brown.


Your smoked paneer sandwich is ready! Enjoy!!!
