The Nor'easter is a cocktail that comes from Brooklyn, New York. It's a very well balanced with citrus notes from lime juice, a touch of sweetness from maple syrup and it's topped with ginger beer to give some zip and carbonation. Watch the cocktail tutorial for the origins of the name.

This classic cocktail pairs perfectly with my cheeseboard. I'm using my homemade Queso Fresco (   • Queso Fresco Three Ways ~ How To Make Chee...  ), the lime really brings out the citrus in the cheese. You will learn some cheeseboard plating techniques and tricks as well.
