This video is about the problem of many beginners whether to press brake alone or clutch and brake together? Which one to press first clutch or brake in case of manual gear. We have to press clutch fully and then apply brake slowly to bring it to a half if your vehicle is in 1st or 2nd gear. If, clutch is not pressed to stop a vehicle in lower gear, then the car will stop with a jerk and ignition of the vehicle will go off. However, if your vehicle is in higher gear (3,4,5 or 6), apply brake slowly to bring down the speed of the vehicle. If you bring the car to a halt from higher gear, then brake first and then fully press clutch and stop by further applying brake. To reduce the speed of the vehicle running in higher gear you can only apply brake. To bring the vehicle from higher to lower gear, you need to apply clutch, and if required brake also.
