XiangHe handmade salt-braised tofu is near by XiangShang Market in Taichung! They grind the soy bean in the early morning. Boiling the Soy Bean Juice and making lots of Tofu products! When they make the tofu, they have to use the heavy stones to squeeze out the water! If they want to make dry tofu, they just need to add more stones to squeeze out more water! They also made Tofu pudding and Soy bean milk! Enjoy the healing process of making bean products! Share what you like with us!
