This is my second and final review of the Night Cat Lay Flat Hammock Tent, and this time I didn’t just unbox it or set it up…
I slept in it overnight — in the cold and the rain.

Short version?
I got wet.
I got cold.
And I got very familiar with the sound of rain at 3am 😅

In this video, I share my real overnight experience and why, for me, this setup didn’t work in tough conditions. This isn’t a lab test or a marketing demo — this is actual camping, in actual weather, with honest results.

To be fair, the Night Cat Lay Flat Hammock Tent is an interesting idea, and it may work better in warmer, drier climates or for specific styles of camping. But after a full overnight test in rough conditions, it’s not something I’d personally rely on again.

No drama. No brand bashing.
Just one camper, one long night, and an honest conclusion.
