$NGA Northern Genesis Aquistion spac that will merge with canadian based Lion Electric under the ticker $lev when the merge in quarter 1 of 2021.

2. This company is very close to profitability as they've been in business almost ten years . A lot of E.V companies don't have products on the road whereas they have 7 products already being sold. As well as existing contracts with a Prince Edwards island for 12 electric school buses.

3. They are entering into logistics and we all know ecommerce is growing in demand due to almost instant delivery services provided by Walmart and Amazon.
