English translation of her comments at the end :

HJ Lim : "I started to seriously learn this Mozart Sonata called “Alla Turca” that is often considered a sonata for children and is not often played. While studying seriously this sonata, I realized that this piece is actually awfully difficult and not very well understood.

The Rondo Alla turca describes the music of the Janissaries, the ancient Turkish soldiers and Mozart’s Turkish March is a parody of their music that is full of fanfares, very loud and that goes in all possible directions. It is a comedy, a music that is absolutely comic, it is not a lullaby for children, or for restaurants and elevators !
It is a music that makes us jump, dance…I would like to add that I had a teacher who told me : “Would you please put aside your Asian politesse, this absolutely does not interest us when you play Mozart ! You have to jump all around and enjoy like a child !”
That’s what I tried to do with that Rondo Alla Turca…..and voila!"
