These 25 Xbox 360 Games Increased the Most in 5 months [Retronomics]

The Microsoft Xbox 360 digital storefront is closing down in July which means there's suddenly an interest in the physical games for the system. In this video I followed the price trends for over 1500 listings on pricecharting.com to see if the prices would go up, down or stay the same.
I compiled a list of the top 25 Xbox 360 Games that increased the most, decreased the most and the overall market conditions for the system.
